In Valjevo, a servant in the municipality slapped a Roma boy, he won't be criminally charged but he will have to transfer 30.000 Serbian Dinars (around 150 Euros) for humanitarian needs, informs the media. 

The court could've bring a decision according to which he would have to pay a fine or to go to jail for up to 5 years. The police from Valjevo because of the violent behavior initiated an appeal to the servant Nikola Ilic towards the end of July this year. 

The primary court made a decision to postpone the fine if Ilic transfers 30.000 Serbian Dinars in a deadline which must not go past one year!

The incident happened on the 21st of July and after the interview of the kid it happened while Ilic was at work, he approached him and said that he will „break him and his accordion„ on which he played and later he slapped him. 

Although this happened while he was at work, the mayor of Valjevo Slobodan Gvozdenovic didn't initiate a discipline procedure against the employee in the city administration. 

The state Secretary in the Ministry for Labor, Employment, Military and Social Issues Nenad Ivanishevic judged this act. - "Every attack upon any citizen of Serbia based on origin, ethnicity or religion is strongly punishable and should be sanctioned„
