In fact, it is the paramilitary detachment "Serbian Hour" that took the horse of a 17-year-old Roma boy who beat his horse.
They seized it, and handed it over to the Nis Zoo Planet Animal Care Society, warning the boy that it would serve as an example to other Roma if they treated their horses as well, and would take them away.
The NGO sector reacts to this arbitrariness on the "Serbian Hour" and that only state institutions, and some "paramilitary" and similar individuals, have the right to confiscate property.
