Goran Gavrilov, the owner of Channel77 and MMS, has passed away, a great media friend of the Roma people

After being ill for a short period of time, Goran Gavrilov (54) has passed away on the 11th of March. He is the founder and owner of Kanal 77 (Channel 77) and the portal Macedonia Media Service. Gavrilov was the founder and first man of the Private Electronic Media in Macedonia Association (PEMMA). Due to his knowledge in this area and his professionalism, he was included in the preparation of all legal regulations related to media operations in this country.

"After this untimely death, the Roma media (especially TV BTR - National) lost an honest and dedicated media worker who with his courage and readiness always helped us Roma in the media space."

At the very beginning of the work of TV BTR, Goran without hesitation offered and provided technical assistance to TV BTR” – said the owner of TV BTR National, Zoran Dimov.

On his behalf, Dimov expressed his most sincere condolences to Goran’s family, relatives and friends.
