On the occasion of April 8, the International Roma Day and the 50th anniversary of the International Romani Union - IRU and the holding of the First World Congress of Roma in London in 1971, a delegation from the Network for Systemic and Permanent Solutions for Roma Integration from North Macedonia as well as other representatives of the Roma community were at a reception with the President of the Parliament Talat Djaferi. The network was represented by Zoran Dimov as President of the IRU, Shenaj Osmano, Ferat Asan President of SDSM - Suto Orizari and Ljatifa Shikovska and as an MP.
At the meeting and reception of the President of the Parliament, Talat Djaferi was awarded by the Network with a special plaque for huge contributions to the Roma community, and also the Charter on the occasion of this day.
