Roma artist Durmish Kjazim, from year to year shows his lavish talent and skill in the field of art. This year, for the first time in 2022, he will organize a solo exhibition in the heart of Europe in Brussels. It will be held from April 7 to April 22 at the Migration Museum.
Durmish Kjazim's reviews and portfolio say his style is a magical and surreal world
Among other things, the portfolio for his solo exhibition in Brussels reads:
"In his art, thoughts and feelings stimulate the interior that leads to personal liberation and awakening of the idea. Inspired by the Roma people and the tradition, through which he presents himself, by emotions, dynamics and passion, by pictorial realism interwoven with symbolism. In his paintings he incorporates themes such as stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination against Roma culture. "It is openly committed to its cultural roots, to the atmosphere of childhood and discrimination, and it is transformed and defragmented in sincere commitment."
