RDS analysis: (Part Four) Presidential elections 2019 - Roma leaders for Roma voting with strong URA, and the effect of "silent storm"!

The presidential election finished the winner is Stevo Pendarovski! But let's make an overview of a different aspect of Romani votes, for example, in the largest and only Roma municipality in the country - Sh.Orizari.
There after the first round on April 21, the results were disappointing in terms of exit, where out of 23,765 voters turnout was 21.8% - 5181 votes out of which 2369 for S.Pendarovski, 45.7% Silyanovska 1774 or 34.2%, B.Reka 835 or 16.1%.
The fact is that all of the more important Roma factors in Shutka during the pre-election campaigns were many "strong" on social networks, but on the day of voting the effect was very different!
From that aspect, and perceiving the figures, as if the alarm for an uproar between the parties was included, and already after the first round, it was obvious that the second round was "corrected" to show their mentors from SDSM and VMRO DPMNE.

And in the second round they started out loud with calls and motivation hoping for their credibility. Also, besides the SRM, PCER, OPER, the mayor of the SDSM, as well as the other party such as ROM, the JRC, including here for motivation for exit from both Avaya and other Roma NGOs, it was thought that in the second round it will be twice as big.
So literally started with a strong URA, but the effect was not on the required level! unlike the first round this time the turnout was slightly higher, for about 1,700 voters more or in numbers of 23,765, voting 6899 or exit 29%.
The difference in votes was in favor of Pendarovski for 1,583 votes!
Or in translation "It was trembling the mountain was born a mouse".
The point is as follows: Roma vocal leaders, Romani analysts (Avaia), motivational loud, but the effect was - 7% greater exit than the first round!
Let's ask if with this result there is a place for presenting about the power and credibility of these factors to act on the Roma populations?
It must be one thing to motivate the Roma people, it is necessary to see the positive effect and the deeds first, because they are already "alive mother" not to believe! Loud motivational speeches and phrases like "will be", "we will do", "we will achieve" and similar have no effect! It is necessary for the people to be open, honest and straightforward in all 365 days of the year, and not just in 20 days during campaigns, and after: "Sorry and who was you?"

Both Macedonians and Albanians praise the electorate! Be heroes and go out on your own without the smaller communities!

The outcome of the presidential election is known, the new president is Stevo Pendarovski! A total of 844,365 voters voted in total, or turnout was 46.70%, meaning the census was reached.

He won 436,212 votes or 51.66% of the vote while Gordana Siljanovska Davkova 377,713 or 44.73% while 30,442 or 3,61% were invalid.

And immediately began calculations that are credited for that result. Macedonians boast their electorate as well as the Albanians with their electorate that without them there would be neither a winner nor a census! Everyone has somehow forgotten the "small" communities! Apart from the Serbian, Bosniak, Vlach and other communities, there is also the Roma community.

It turns out that out of the total of about 850,000 voters that are claimed by DUI are just over 100,000, then the rest 750,000 are on the rest. Looking at the debates between the two largest Macedonian parties, SDSM and VMRO DPMNE, relying on their Macedonian electorate, but according to their capacities and numbers, there are no more than 250,000 votes on both sides.

This means that both sides will come together to collect just over half a million votes. Where are the remaining 200 or more thousand votes?

Are Macedonians and Albanians aware that if they do not have smaller communities they will have no censuses for some elections !? Are they aware that Roma as a community of elections always carry over 30-40 thousand votes? Otherwise, if all of us were together, those voices of a single pile would bring more than 4-5 Roma MPs and several ministerial posts and high positions in public institutions that would lead to greater employment of the Roma community!

And this one? A maximum of two MPs, a "figurative" insignificant ministerial place and so much! And then they will be "hitting on the chest", both Macedonians and Albanians with their electorate overwhelming over 200,000 votes from smaller communities that remain outside the margins without significant positions and silent observers of daily politics!

Let's be heroes and go out on our own to vote without the smaller communities seeing and counting you - you will know exactly how much you really are Macedonians and Albanians!

Who is Stevo Pendarovski - The new president elected yesterday

Stevo Pendarovski won 436,212 votes or 51.66 per cent of the votes cast in the second round of the presidential election, contrary to the opponent of VMRO-DPMNE and the Coalition, Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, who won 377,713 votes or 44.73 per cent total number.

Stevo Pendarovski was born on April 3, 1963 in Skopje. He is a graduated lawyer at the Faculty of Law at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius ", MA in the Institute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research (ISPPI) at the same university on the topic" The New Geopolitics of the Republic of Macedonia: The Contradictions of the Communist and Transitional Matrix ", and then thesis on" The EU's Foreign and Security Policy and Small States: The Framework of National Discourse ".

In 2004 and 2005 he was the head of the State Election Commission.

In 2014, he was SDSM's candidate for the presidency of the country, but in the elections he lost by Gjorge Ivanov with 398 thousand votes.

On Sunday, May 5, the country will hold the second round of presidential elections for the post of head of state. He will be elected between the two candidates Gordana Silyanovska-Davkova, supported by VMRO-DPMNE and the coalition, and Stevo Pendarovski, supported by the SDSM and the coalition. But the same thing about the citizens is the question of how rich the candidates are for this position? What kind of property did Silyanovska and Pendarovsky enter in the presidential race and what will be left behind by the future president of the country, when on May 12, he will settle in the presidential palace of Vodno. Both candidates have fairly modest personal assets. The presidential candidate supported by SDSM Stevo Pendarovski lives in the Skopje settlement Avtokomanda, in an apartment of 62 square meters. Folkly speaking, he is a homeowner, because the apartment is owned by his father's father and is therefore not listed in the anti-corruption list. Her husband, a retired lawyer, has a Honda Shuttle since 1996. Since Siljanovska is not a holder of a public office, she has no obligation to report the property to the Anti-Corruption Commission. That's why we do not have a detailed account of their bank accounts. But her family say they do not have significant bank savings. But on the other hand they have no loans or other debts.
