Otherwise, as a well-known Roma syndrome for years, if you are known in the circles of Roma activism, you immediately turn to the establishment of various Institutes, Foundations Centers, etc., mostly from home addresses, in order to pretend in public that they are a "beast" „
In this case, the Institute under the "cap" of Bajram Haliti awards Ibrahim Xhemail with the title "Dr." an exclusive card that he is part of that Institute.
The most tragic thing is that they are not even aware that in the designed part of that card they use logos and coats of arms of famous international entities related to the United Nations such as UNESCO, UNDP, UN ECOSOC, and the like. By doing so, they knowingly or unknowingly violate UN international standards and laws, which in no case allow its labels to be used as affiliates to someone "para-institutions, foundations, etc."
In this way, a gross forgery was made, and a gross violation of the basic principles of the UN and its accompanying chancellors with the prefix UN.
