Kocani: Residents of the Kocani settlement Trajanovo beat a 10-year-old child with cowboy violence for alleged theft of 2-3 logs.

Information appeared on all portals that on April 11 this year around 9 pm there was a physical fight between residents of the settlement Trajanovo Trlo in Kocani and a group of thieves, during which several people received bodily injuries.

But the truth is quite different.

One hour after the curfew, the residents of the Kocani settlement, Trajanovo, physically abused a 10-year-old minor, who was allegedly caught stealing with several pieces of wood.

They started kicking and punching while the child begged them crying begging them to stop they continued to hit him inflicting bodily injuries on me. After this harassment came a group of fellow citizens who wanted to stop that physical harassment and then in the whole situation there was a physical fight.

The media, wanting to minimize the whole case, published the information in a way that there was a physical fight between residents of the Kocani settlement Trajanovo Trlo with a group of thieves, when the truth is that in fact those citizens beat a child aged 10 years.

The Police Station confirmed the case that is still being worked on, and announced an official notification during the day.

With reactions on social networks where the video is circulating, a sharp reaction was sent which, among other things, says:

"Shame and disaster. An example from the locality of Trajanovo Trlovo for which there should be an appropriate solution for the perpetrators of the 10-year-old child and the inhuman actions that are far from any civilization and any civic achievement.

Another comment reads: "How many people can turn into beasts due to ethnic intolerance."

In the shadow of April 8 - International Roma Day: Of the 18 employed in the Municipality of Suto Orizari, only 8 are Roma

Fifty years since the establishment of April 8 as International Roma Day, Roma women in Macedonia and beyond are trying to enter the labor market due to long-standing systemic discrimination, concluded the Hera initiative. Namely, the data according to which only four Roma women are employed in managerial positions in public institutions, and in non-managerial positions they are represented by only 0.47 percent of the total number of employees, testify to this. Orizari is the largest municipality with a Roma population in the country, out of a total of 18 employees in the municipality, only eight are Roma. It is also striking that not a single Roma woman has been employed in the employment centers in the country. In 30 employment centers across the country, only two Roma were employed in non-managerial jobs, the statement said. They add that out of a total of 7,647 persons who used the active measures and services for employment during 2019 at the national level, only 169 are Roma, which is extremely devastating given the fact that 4,632, or 4.6 percent of the registered unemployed faces are Roma.

They also emphasize that according to the National Operational Plan, out of the total number of registered unemployed Roma at the national level, 94.88 percent are without education or only with primary education.

Sremska Mitrovica: He died in front of the ambulance, the family claims that they did not want to receive him in the ambulance

Zivko Rakulic died on April 1 in the early morning hours, in front of the health clinic in Sremska Mitrovica, because, as his family claims, he was not admitted to the outpatient clinic. While a fact-finding commission was set up at the Health Center to investigate the case, the family filed criminal charges against the institution and the employee. The inconsolable Rakulic family said that due to suffocation and pain around six o'clock that morning, Zivko arrived at the ambulance in Sremska Mitrovica with a colleague. A medical technician was waiting for him at the entrance and told him that the case was not urgent and that he should call his doctor at the Health Station. As the ambulance opened at seven o'clock, Zivko soon died in front of the building, probably as a result of a heart attack.

In order to find out the truth, and as they say, this will never happen again, the family hired a lawyer. Criminal charges were filed with the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Sremska Mitrovica.

Zivko Rakulic, 56, has been a voluntary blood donor for more than three decades and has helped many. Authorities say the body was exhumed during an investigation into his death.

The professor's hate speech against Romita gets educated by the student

A professor at the Secondary School of Economics in Tetovo, spread hate speech and insulting words about the Roma ethnic community on her Facebook profile, and the sharpest reaction against her came from an Albanian student who taught the professor a lesson in humanity.

On the International Roma Day, Professor Muhabije Fejzuli was overwhelmed by the congratulations of her fellow Albanians on the Roma community, so she was "encouraged" to say, pointing out to the Albanians how "bad and dangerous" the Roma were. According to the professor, no one denies the Roma the right to education, but here they say that they do not work.

"I do not understand why you pity the Roma so much. I have them in the settlement and I know them very well. If we had a little more power, we Albanians would not disappear. It is enough to remember Monopoly and see how crazy it is. Nobody forbids them to study, they do not want to work and they want to work. The Roma are more heartless than the "shiyet" (kaurite), wrote Fejzuli, a professor at the September 8th Secondary School of Economics in Tetovo.

In response to her hate speech and an educational lesson on humanity and tolerance, high school student and high school president Blendi Hodai in response to FB claimed responsibility for such a vocabulary and said such cases did not embarrass everyone.

"One of the reasons why we hate each other in this country are certain teachers who promote hate speech to other nationalities living in our country during classes.

The professor at the Tetovo School of Economics should urgently take responsibility and publicly apologize for her hatred of Roma. This kind of cases should not be tolerated in any way, since they become negative phenomena in the society ", Hodai wrote, among other things, in his reaction published on Facebook.

At the end of his announcement, Hodai instructed the professor that such a comment did not express patriotism, but that it was banal and shameful for the students to have such a teacher. The announcement ends with the hashtag # racist professor # responsibility.

Professor Fejzuli's announcement also received many reactions from other citizens and users of social networks. In some of them, Albanians react most strongly, offended and irritated that the professor insults on behalf of the Albanians, and many of them say that they live with Roma in mixed settlements in Tetovo, and that coexistence is very different from the one described by the professor. By the way, Tetovo is one of the cities where different ethnic communities live, including members of the Roma community. Potok and Teće are the settlements where the largest number of members of the Roma community live, but several families also live in other settlements.
