They plan to move out: 41% of citizens are looking for work abroad

Young people do not see their future in Macedonia.

41% of Macedonian citizens are actively planning to leave the country.

This is shown by the data from the research of "Balkan Barometer", according to which 41 percent of Macedonian citizens are actively working on moving abroad.

Albania is the leader in the Western Balkans in this regard, with 49% of citizens doing everything they can to leave the country.

It is followed by Montenegro with 47 percent, followed by Bosnia and Herzegovina with 44 percent, Kosovo with 43 percent, and Macedonia with 37 percent.

71% of young people in the Western Balkans think about working abroad, and as many as 20% of citizens in the region believe that brain drain is one of the main problems for their countries.

After one term for the Roma parties in Bujanovac

Both Romanian political parties - the Roma Unity Party (RSJ), which won 671 votes, and the United Party (UPR) won 390 votes, won one seat in the local elections in Bujanovac. The media mention that the Democratic Party (DP) of Nagip Arifi, winner of the local elections in Bujanovac with just over 5,000 votes and won 10 seats. In second place was the coalition of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) with eighty fewer votes less, but also won 10 seats.

The Democratic Action Party (PDD), with about 3,700 votes, won eight seats.

The Movement for Democratic Progress (PDP) won 4 seats out of a total of 1,950 votes.

Subscribed Roma in Vranje voted for the wrong candidate, the election annulled

A major scandal erupted in the Vranje elections. In addition to the parliamentary elections, local elections were held there on Sunday. A group of Roma suspected of being bribed by the ruling SNS to vote for their candidate in the local elections.

But they were confused and voted for the number 4 on the ballot paper for the parliamentary elections. The Hungarian party candidate was there.

The point is that there are only six Hungarian-born voters in Vranje. It became suspicious of them when the votes were counted, so the ruling party filed an objection which was accepted.

Voting will be repeated next week in three places in Vranje and the surrounding area.

Roma protests in Kyustendil, Bulgaria.

Yesterday, as a measure given by the Bulgarian authorities, the Roma neighborhood in Kyustendil, Bulgaria, in addition to the previous 14-day quarantine, was additionally quarantined for another 7 days.

They say the decision is pointless and discriminatory.
