Epidemiologist Radmilo Petrovic says that according to his information, a biological weapon can be made that attacks only a certain nation and that it is being worked on.
"Biological weapons are not only aimed at people, beneficial plants and domestic animals, but also to bring to their knees the country against which they are economically targeted," Dr. Petrovic, an expert on dangerous viruses, told RTS.
